Never loved her!

He sat there, staring into space
Spectrum of shades from the dusk, showing in his eyes
The probing silence around, was asking so many questions
He looked up and said, "But, I never loved her".

"Liked her stupidity,  had fun and laughter,
Fought over things at times when I hated her,
Did enjoy the madness and there were moments,
It was sort of crazy, but, I never loved her"

I looked at both of them, wondering whats running through her mind,
His pained face and the breaking voice were speaking volumes.
She had tears in her eyes yet a smile on her lips.
I remained silent, as I guess she will forever wonder if he really loved her!

Do you?

Sometimes when you close your eyes for the night, 

do you shed tears remembering everyone whom you lost on the way?

Sometimes when you are lost in the moment, 

do you yearn for someone with whom you had shared lives in your mind?

Sometimes when you let go of people though it hurts you, 

do you still think of all the happy smiles they gave? 

Sometimes when you know someone wronged you, 

do you now realize how much you trusted them? 

Sometimes even when you keep moving forward, 

do you know your heart is still holding you back?
