She looked at the words
Which stared back at her
Wondering whether they really meant
What they intend to be

She had the longing in her heart
To get close to him, comes what may
Thought he felt that way too
Now, is this all he had to say?

For long, she could do nothing
As feelings gave way to tears
She didnt know where this will lead
But now, she is free of all the fears

He didn't know her hurt
